Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! We’re excited to share the latest enhancements from our recent sprint! These updates were built with you in mind—focused on making your experience more intuitive, your navigation smoother, and your interactions with our platform even more effective.

Here are the featured updates we believe will have the greatest impact:

Licensing – Fixed incorrect product type mapping for APS
An issue where the product type for Alfresco Process Services (APS) was incorrectly mapped and submitted as Alfresco Content Services (ACS) has been corrected.

Cases – Updated issue summary field label and size
The field label “Provide a brief summary of your issue” has been updated to “Provide a brief title or description of your issue,” and the text field size has been reduced to better set expectations for the information users should provide.

Cases – Fixed reCAPTCHA issue on unauthenticated Help with Hyland Sites form
The unauthenticated version of the Help with Hyland Sites case form was causing reCAPTCHA to not work correctly. This issue has now been resolved.
