Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! We’re excited to bring you the latest enhancements from our recent sprint! These updates are designed with you in mind—focused on improving your experience and making every interaction with our platform smoother and more intuitive.
Here are the featured updates that we believe will have the greatest impact:
Account Details – Maintenance Export Option Restored
We’ve reintroduced the export option on the Maintenance page within the Account Details section. This allows you to easily export relevant data for review, reporting, or record-keeping making it easier to manage and track account-level details.
Cases – Enhanced “Help with Hyland Sites” Form
The Help with Hyland Sites version of the case form has been updated to include a new field that allows you to specify which site you're requesting support with. This enhancement gives your support requests more clarity and ensures a faster, more accurate response from our team.
Licensing – Improved OnBase Challenge Code Submission for Mismatched Environments
We’ve updated the Install OnBase Licensing Certificate widget to include more detailed notes and guidance. This enhancement also supports submitting challenge codes even when environments don’t match (e.g., Production to Test or Test to Production). You'll now receive a warning note about the mismatch and can proceed with challenge code submission.
