How can I create a form in Alfresco?

I need to create a form in Alfresco and for this same form to start a flow.

Hi @viperboys,

So, if I unerstand correctly, you would like to create a custom workflow. The user enters data into a form, that then starts a workflow - like completing a holiday request process, for example?
