Error adding users on a site

Hello, I have a set of sites created by me, in which I assign the administrator role to several users so that they can manage it themselves. The problem I am presenting is that each site administrator is having problems adding users. Once they assign the role they cannot proceed to add the users to the site, it shows them a notification of 1 user (s) could not be added.

Check the following:

1- Even though you have added users as administrators, those users need to join the sites as site manager where they need to add users. I am not sure if you mean "assign the administrator role to several users " by site manager.

2- Check and share the log if you locate any errors in alfresco.log/share.log

Aside from adding any log output, it's useful to tell people which version you are using (5.2, 6.1, etc).

Hi, I am using the Alfresco Community version (Build: 6.0.2.1-ea) and the error I am having is related to adding in the alfresco-global.properties file this line "notification.email.siteinvite = true". So when a user with a site administrator role tries to add a user to their site they are not allowed, it shows this notification "1 user (s) could not be added"This is the log text. Can you check if "app:company_home/app:dictionary/app:email_templates/cm:invite/cm:invite-email.html.ftl" email template is searchable? Looks like when system is trying to send email, it is not able to locate the 'invite-email.html.ftl' email template.

Thanks for your help. The problem was that the user did not have access to the datadictionary folder and that is why this error was occurring. Again thanks for your help.
