Alfresco 5.2.x - How can I search for a date range in the UI

I can search for documents in the UI where the property has an exact date 

@scanning:IndexDate:"2016/02/01"

It is possible to search for documents by a date range through the Alfresco UI

example give me all documents that have an index date in this range

@scanning:IndexDate:"2016/02/01" To scanning:IndexDate:"2017/02/28"
