Hello,

Elixir had an Alfresco portal login before merging with Hyland - where can I find Elixir's portal where paid licenses are available for download? Or a license generation request can be made?

As far as I know, everyone with Support portal access should have received communication via email about the migration of the support portal to community.hyland.com

I would assume that new site supports the same kind of support requests as the old platform did, but since I am neither a partner nor have access to any of my customer's support accounts, cannot check that myself.

Thanks @afaust - all customers should be able to access Hyland support by visiting their Alfresco ID portal, where they Hyland Community tile is visible.
