This is a brief interview in our series of Community Spotlights.

How and when did you first start working with Alfresco?

I started at the end of 2009. I remember that I substituted for a colleague and I didn't have any idea about Alfresco. When I asked about it (But... What is Alfresco??), my boss told me: Alfresco is in the cloud! That means he didn't know what Alfresco was. Then, I started to work with the Alfresco community to learn by helping other people.

What is your favorite way to contribute to the Alfresco community?

Help and support other people that are starting with Alfresco and they are totally new to this world.

What does the Alfresco community mean to you?

Honestly, Alfresco is the amount of good vibrations, good product, and, in general, people who wants to help other people. I think other products are missing this good feeling. It’s a connection between the staff and me (as a human being).

What's something you wish someone would have told you when you first got started with Alfresco?

Be patient, my friend, because all troubles have a solution (a solution with one beer is even better :-)).

What do you do when you aren't working on Alfresco projects?

Since I started with Alfresco I have not stopped, I cannot tell you. I like my job, even more, I enjoy it, and with Alfresco and this passion...you have many offers for work.
