xyz.bpmn20 - XML doc from Modeler - how do i use this file?

I used the modeler to create a diagram with some tasks & saved it as a .bpmn20 - XML doc.

how do i use this file in creating a demo process with some tasks, users ?

Please use another username. This can be very confusing. And the images in your signature are also not very appreciated.
