WYSIWYG Editor - Spell Checker

Does Alfresco's WYSIWYG content editor support spell checking? If not, will it in a future release? I'm using v 1.3 and I'm not seeing it, and it's a customer requirement.

Also - has anyone attempted to retro-fit a different content editor into the system, and if so, how difficult was it?

Yep.  It's pretty easy actually.  We put an XML editor in as a proof of concept last year.

The WYSIWYG editor we use is actually TinyMCE, so it depends whether that has spell checking capabilities.

If it has we or you can enable it, feel free to raise a JIRA request for this.
