Workflow Statistics

Hi all

I need to find a way of getting some statisitcs from the workflows… things like time taken by user X to perform his tasks, task assigned/day for user X, etc.
any Ideia where I should start??? I think that I could search for the workflow nodes and start from there, but I have no Ideia on how to do it, and if I can do it…

one thing I think I will have to do is use a web service to interact with it…
