Workflow rules wizard - select destination fails

Hi, this is my first post, so I will do me best not to bore you 
I'm trying to create a rule with the wizard. Works well until it comes to the point whre I have to select the destination for the move (cf picture), a small window opens and the remains with the milling icon forever, nothing happens until I cancel.
What is wrong ? What can I do ?

… em … seems I have been too quick in answering:
I can select the space now, but the ok button remains shadowed/inactive so I cannot confirm the selection.
Any more ideas ? Thank you in advance for your great help ?
