I'm using Alfresco Web Content Management and would like to know how to completely remove the workflow, I would use it but without Workflow, I do not need, How to configure Alfresco so that not using the workflow? thanks in advance
While creating a web project, you can configure workflow at 2 levels. One at web project level and one at web form level.
While submitting content from user sandbox to staging sandbox,If a workflow has been configured,it will go to the approver for approval before submitting to the staging sandbox.
If you do not require the workflow and directly want to submit the content from user sandbox to staging sandbox, do not configure the workflow and it would submit the content to staging sandbox without approval.
