Window selection process

Good day!
Recently began studying Alfresco and there were a need to rewrite the initial selection window of a business process. By default, there is a regular lookup. But when a lot of these processes is not very convenient. So the idea to remove this lookup and make business processes grouped in a separate window.
question:
Which file Alfresco is responsible for this lookup?

I want to change the window selection process, which opens when you click "Start Workflow", by default, it just opens the list.
We need to change this form, so that there are processes were divided into groups and displayed in one list and not lookup.

you can juste modify the file "start-workflow.get.html.ftl" which is in "Alfresco\tomcat\webapps\share\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\site-webscripts\org\alfresco\components\workflow"
