I've installed Alfresco on a Win 2003 Server, a Mysql database by executing the

AlfrescoCommunity-2.0-Setup.exe file.

Alfresco is running on a Tomcat 5.0.28 as application server.
When attemping to run the Alfreco Client a login windows is being prompted, requesting a user name and passowrd. The message within the window reads:

"the server servername at XDB requires a username and password
Warning: this server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection)."

I've tried to log in using the windows account credentials, the tomcat ones, Alfresco

adminsitrator and none of them has worked.

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.!

Do you have Oracle running on your machine? I think so!
Kill those processes and run alfresco again, problem would be solved.
