Wiki Integration

Hi,

I want to create a public Wiki that is integrated with Alfresco allowing me to do the following:

- Store every article on a share collaboration site (worst case only the repository);
- Create new articles in a collaborative site on Alfresco Share and publish them on the wiki once they are ready;

I have Alfresco 4.0.d and i have tried MediaWiki integration by installing PHP AMP but with no success (I suspect that the versions are not compatible since i cannot find a PHP AMP for alfresco 4.0.d).

Can i do this with Alfresco? Does anyone already integrated any wiki with this version os Alfresco? What are my options?

Hello,

i have make the integration with Alfresco 4 and current MediaWiki version.

System runs, i can create wiki pages at the wiki system and content is stored in Alfresco.

For your needs i think it's requried Share customizing for creating and publishing process….


have a simular situation, i like to create 2 wiki instances and a workflow for publishing content sites … (1x wiki for production stuff, 1x wiki for unpublished content)

Hi Chris,

Could you explain what step have you followed to achieve the integration? I have Alfresco 4.2 and I'm having a lot of problems.

If you explain the steps it will be very helpful, I'm following the guide of the Alfresco Community and it seems too focused in old versions.
