and found out no reference to community versions. Previous plans had such refereces an it was possible to plan in advance and look for a specific version or feature set for the community.

For new versionbs, is "Enterprise" the only way to go?
Of course, Alfresco is a company which needs to make profit to survive, however, it seems to me that the community involvement is being changed and, if so, it would be good to know in advance.
however, there is no update in the release plans for the comunnity version from alfresco regarding potential correspondence between community and enterprise versions (before thare was a community version followed by an enterprise -e.g. 2.1-). This bit of information is what I´m missing. If somebody at alfresco could provide the community with this information, it would be very useful in order to plan for upgrades and planning.
