If you want to customize the Share Header, have a look at <a href="http://blogs.alfresco.com/wp/developer/2013/09/04/customizing-the-share-header-menu-part-1/">Customizing the Share Header Menu</a> by Dave Draper. If you look at the structure of the share-header.get.js, you can see that in order to move the Site navigation widgets into the header you need to move their declaration in JSON from the sub-navigation into the main navigation widgets.
