What's 'Change Type' link ?

Hi, everyone.

I'm using Alfresco 4.2.c.

Do you know meanings of "Change Type" link in repository folder details screen.
Please show attached file.

Change content type allows you to change type of your content.
When you upload any content default type is cm:content. If you need to change this type to any of your new customized type or any OOB type then you can configure it and you can change its type through this action.
