What about 'Multilingual'

1, In my space I upload a file, "TestA.txt"
2, In Actions menu select "Make Multilingual", and upload "TestB.txt"
3, In Actions menu select "Manage Multilingual Content"
4, In Translations, select "TextA.txt" actions "New Edition"
5, When I finish this action, I can't find the "TextB.txt" in my space ~~~

Is there some document to introduce it?
