Webform Panel - Toggle mode problem

Friends,

Once we make webform through XSD and create web content it will show webForm rendered through Dojo.
But here by default it will show the expanded panel webform.

I want by default it should come in collapsed state.


Here I got the screen like:

I want in following way:

is there any Configurations or need to modify xform.js?
If yes can you suggest me changes in xform.js please.

Is this possible?  Would make large webforms much easier to navigate.
