Webdav will not connect

We have a free account which is being withdrawn. We have an email saying that webdav has been activated and all we need to do is go to

https://webdav.alfresco.com/. and log in and we can see our files & download them.

This does not work. In a browser it gives a 403 error.

If you try and mount a drive you get "The folder you have entered does not appear to be valid."

Can anyone assist?

We also have the same problem - we are trying to download our files from Alfresco in the Cloud and there seems to be no way to download multiple files.

Hello, experiencing the same problem with trying to access the content on our Community Edition via WebDAV.

My most responsive WebDAV client (I'm using Transmit, but the Finder option does not work either) gives a "Could not connect to server “webdav.alfresco.com”. 403 Forbidden" message.

The documentation page <http://docs.alfresco.com/cloud/tasks/webdav-setup-cloud.html?mkt_tok=3RkMMJWWfF9wsRous6XKZKXonjHpfsX...> does not give any more information.

Suggestions on how to make it work would be much appreciated. Kind regards and much thanks in advance.
