Web From Creation Tool?

Hi,

I want to know of there is any tool available for creation of web forms in alfresco web editor(explorer).

I got to know about FDK & after reading i could assume that it is supported only for share/surf not in explorer @ http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Forms_Development_Kit.:

The Alfresco FDK was introduced in the 3.3 release, it provides support for administrators and developers who wish to configure, extend or customize forms in Spring Surf based applications, for example, Share.

Any such tool exists OOB/Forge for web editor too?
