Hi,
I've skimmed most wcm related docs and also tried directly in alfresco but I couldn't find a way to assign specific web forms to a user in a web project. It seems that all forms are always available by default to all users in a project. What exactly I want to do is to assign a web form to a single user only.
Can I do this by other means? Any expectations to include this feature in upcoming versions?
Thanks in advance.

Paulo:
Yes, today any web form assigned to a web project is available to all users of that project. We understand this is not granular enough, and it in our radar of future items to tackle.
No current plans as yet, but I can say it is unlikely within our 6 month plan. If you would like to update our web app to support this and contribute back, we love community contributions 🙂

Kevin,
How complex is to implement this? Is there any kind of blueprint of the code or do I have to hack it?
I'm not a real programmer but I can see if my team is able to help with that. We are kind busy for now (who isn't, ah?!), so I can't promise anything at all! Anyway, any help from you would be apreciated, specially with orientation and/or code documentation.
Regards,
Paulo

Paulo:
It would be a fairly extensive extension. First, you'd need to a custom UI for template assignment, model changes to the web project to persist the info, and modification of our web project view to read that info to only display the appropriate forms for each end-user. This you'd also want to package up as an AMP so that it was readily installable and transportable across Alfresco servers.
For an example of these types of customized packages, you can take a look at some of the projects contributed by the community on our forge site. A good one to look at would be the contributed wiki space.
If you have a hankering for tackling this, we'd be happy to review and comment on any design docs to help answer questions or provide tips and tricks.
Although this is not in our 6 month roadmap, we do hope to get to this in the 12 to 18 month timeframe. Sounds like a way off, but, as they say, time flies.
Cheers.
