I want to know that Can we use to Alfresco for content management & colloboration of web content for a companies web site?

There are several ways of working with a website and alfreso supports both.

First is to control the assets behind the website which is what the wcm application is concerned with.
Second is to provide content management services to support a website.

You may also be able to leverage Alfrescos various UI frameworks.
