WCM & application session

When I generate content for a portal managed by WCM everything is going ok but when I try to get the session from a jsp file (all generated files by WCM web forms are jsps) for example, to get the user logged, from this wcm tomcat the session is not setted. If I try to interact with the previewer and the pages uses (getting or setting) some session attributes, they´re always got as null. Why isn`t the session kept???

This was a bug in 2.1 Community fixed in 2.1 Enterprise in September.  That fix along with many others is now available in our 2.9 Community release.

can you tell me where is the error exactly ? Can I use some piece of code from the 2.9 Community version ?

Yes … that fix is available in 2.9 Community (careful, since you are new to Alfresco - Community is our latest and greatest release, but it is not certified and some features may or may not be complete.  It's the best place to see the earliest peek at what's "In the labs".  Enterprise is starting with 2.1 now lags Communities in terms of features, but is a more stable, certified build.
