Deploy activiti 8.5 on websphere express and Oracle 10g express

I have the following error or warning in the log.

Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: ERROR: GWT.create() is only usable in client code!  It cannot be called, for example, from server code.  If you are running a unit test, check that your test case extends GWTTestCase and that GWT.create() is not called from within an initializer or constructor.

thanks!

I never saw that error … so it must be due to websphere or the JDK. Could you try on tomcat or something simpler?

you uninstall and install everything again, and fly to spend the same.

I have not tomcat.

websphere 8.5 to deploy the WAR

not impede the performance of activiti.

but gives that error for the first time deplegar WAR?

Sorry, I don't really get what you are trying to say beyond that you have no Tomcat. By the way Tomcat is free and open source and straight away downloadable….

Being the good guy that I am, I copied your exception in Google and got as a first result the following link. From the Vaadin forum from someone having the same error on WAS 8. And a solution: https://vaadin.com/forum/#!/thread/1121345
