Viewing the BPMN diagrams in ActivitiExplorer

Hello,


I'm trying to view the deployed diagrams images using the Activiti Explorer , but i'm just getting a window with a progressbar and the id of the process ( followed by numbers)



myProcess:6:11087746


When inspecting the firefow console , i found that im' getting this error :

Aucun element trouvé ( no elements found)
Get diagram layout[myProcess:6:11087746] failure:  error

When i check in the manage tab , i can see a PNG file.

So my first question , what could be the root cause of the problem?

Second question , i'll use this to give my users a way to view the different diagrams deployed. Is this the only / best way to do it?

Can you upload the process that doesn't work? Is there anything in the log files of Tomcat?

Sadly , i'm not able to upload the process. ( my company's restrictions).

In log files , there is nothing that indicates an error in deployment or something like that . everything seems fine.
