Versioning aspect skips to 1.1 for new content

I have just installed Alfresco Community Edition 3.3g on Ubuntu 10.04+MySql.

Followed the steps (as shown in tutorial) :-

1.  Create new space
2.  Create new rule for space :-
     a) Select Condition - All Items
     b) Select Action - Add an aspect.  Set Values and Add - Versionable
    
I then uploaded a file to the space using Add Content.  The Version History shows two versions 1.0 and 1.1 - both having the same dates and times.  Shouldn't this be version 1.0?   I have reinstalled the application and still got the same results.

Never mind.  I found the solution.
