I wonder if someone can tell me if it's possible (and if so, pointers about how to do it) to configure a different login page for users in the web client. I'm not talking about the User Home, Company Home and My Alfresco options available. I would like some users to go directly to a specific space when they log in (they would have at least consumer permission in that space). I tried to do this by reconfiguring the user home after the user was created but it did not work.
Is this configurable in the web client?

Good days:
I have the same problem. I want to have a space for a teacher, to whom there could access a pupil (only reading). In order that the space of the teacher is the space of the pupil, I put this space as " Home Space Location " of the student. But then he(she) acquires more permissions of which he(she) would have, in spite of the fact that one erases them.
Must all the users have an own(proper) space with all the permissions?. I wish the student to don´t have any space, only access to the teacher's one (read).
How can I indicate the initial space or of work wished for a certain user?
Regards, Mary

Good again:
I did not find the way of preventing a created user from having a personal assigned space with owner rol, but I achieved that the teacher and the pupil were sharing the same space with different permissions.
It is true that when I create a user with the wizard, grants to the above mentioned user total permissions, owner, of his /her personal space.
What I do, is that I have a space dedicated to it for all the users that I am creating, and then I modify the path to his/her personal space, and remove the permissions from him/her in the initial folder.
