Used Alfresco servies for Portal

hi,

I want develop to liferay portal which will use the alfresco servies means the back-end in alfresco sever and front end is the liferay portal. I am using alfresco community edition.In my portal have option like upload file,meta data should we uploaded in alfresco server and Search option search the document from alfresco.
                     so please suggest me which is the best option for my requirements either alfresco wcm,alfresco sdk or any other and how to use it

Alfreso Repository only will be sufficient.WCM is any way depricated from alfresco.
Alfresco SDK is set of examples provided by alfresco to do customization in alfresco so that is not related to this at all.
You can use CMIS services exposed by alfresco repository to communicate with alfresco repository.
