Upload - prevent a new copy of an existing file

Hi

Let us assume a file - document.doc - already exists in a folder

If a file with the same name is uploaded into the same folder, Alfresco, by default, creates another file - document-1.doc

Is there any way to prevent the above or at least for Alfresco to give the user the option to replace or not to replace?
