upload html file to activiti explorer

Hello,

I am new to Activiti and have a lot of questions. I hope I post this in the right forum.

I saw in a youtube video that i can create a HTML file for a model and can attach it with "Form Key" to the Activity.
For instance a form for your name.
But I can't find an upload button to upload the html file. Can you help me?
I use the Activiti Explorer.

i found the Form properties - I think this is also a nice way to "create" a form

The html upload is really, really old way (4-5 years ago), so that won't work anymore.
The form key / form properties are the way to go indeed.
