Upload dialog shows nothing

Hello everyone,

When I try to upload something, anything, to the Document library, a window pops up labeled "Upload File(s)", presumably waiting for me to select some files. Unfortunately, the message "No files to display, click icon to select file(s) to upload" appears with nothing else. There's a Cancel button at the bottom, but no way to do anything else. There's no icon to click.  I'm running Firefox 3.0 (and have tried 3.1 as well as Opera 9.x) with Flash 10 on an OpenSUSE 11.1 notebook.

Any suggestions on how this issue can be resolved?

The exact same thing is currently happening to me out of the blue. The upload Icon no is no longer visible.  Resizing the browser isn't correcting the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using Community Edition 3.2 on an Ubuntu 9.04 box.  Thanks!
