Hi,
I've been successful in uploading documents to the documentLibrary section of a Share site, but wondering if anyone has successfully uploaded a new Link? It would be nice to be able to publish shared links on a site from another application without having to go through the web user interface. Thanks for any suggestions.

You have to make sure the link is of the right type {http://www.alfresco.org/model/linksmodel/1.0}link - check an existing link in the Node Browser.
The easiest way to create links would be to re-use the Share repository webscripts. Take a look at the Share code to see the calls being made (easiest with Firebug or a similar network tracing tool).
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks so much for the reply. This is the just the hint that I needed. (For some reason I hadn't taken advantage of the Node Browser until you just mentioned it). Thanks again.
Cheers,
