I am running a unit test on a process with a service task which has a class defination. On the class defination i override the method execute and i setVariable "MyVariable". On the test i try to check the variable; runtimeService.hasVariable(processInstance.getId(),"MyVariable") i get this exception:

Your process instance is already done. You can't use the runtimeService if the process is already done.
You will need to use the historyService in that case.
