Unable to preview a web form

Hi,
I had created a web content form, attached it to a web project. When I go the web project and click on "preview", I get error: Failed to establish connection to:

http://admin.myProject.www--sandbox.127-0-0-1.ip.alfrescodemo.net:8180/. "myProject is the name I had given to the dns.!! what should i do to fix this? Please help me!
Also, How do i "publish" it after previewing it? What are the settings that I have to do?

hi,
   just add  your project websites URL into the systems host file
     host file is situated at
       <drive>:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
& Make a entry  as
127.0.0.1        admin.myproject.www–sandbox.127-0-0-1.ip.alfrescodemo.net
127.0.0.1       preview.admin.myproject.www–sandbox.127-0-0-1.ip.alfrescodemo.net

It will work.
