Unable to perform OpenSearch for Remote repository

Hi team,
Can anybody solve the bug posted athttps://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ETHREEOH-1145?focusedCommentId=37787&page=com.atlassian.jira....

I read a good article on wiki @ http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/OpenSearch..
Unfortunately i'm also getting the same error.
My environment is :

Alfresco : labs 3.0 stable version
Browser: Mozialla firefox 3.0.3

Is this a bug ? or the problem with my configuration?
If it is a bug then in which version it has been resolved.

thanks for ur fast reply.
And i read an article which represents that we can search the document throughout internet.
But related to this anything was not presented in wiki.
By using wiki i'm configured to search in another alfresco repository.

Can you tell me how to search thorught internet using alfresco's open search like google.
Any syntax is useful.
