Unable to Login to Alfresco

Hallo,

I am getting the following error while connecting over Alfresco.

"Your authentication details have not been recognized or Alfresco may not be available at this time."

The installation was done with Alfresco 5.0C version and on a virtual server.


Kindly provide me step by step approach, so i can quickly resolve this issue. Appreciate if you can reply with some relevant links if the same issue resolution is available.

Hi,
Can you please check the DB configuration?
I understood from the logs,  Alfresco Repo is not able to reach database server.
Please ensure that you're able to connect database server.
