Unable to find java.util.logging.manager

i am a very new user and i am trying to familarize with the software but i have problem installing it. i receieved a error message said unable to find java.util.looging.manager (ClassLoaderLogManager) but i had installed the J2SE Development Kit 5.0. Thx for helping

Could you possibly post the full error stack trace you got as they may help us see what caused the error.

Also any information on your configuration/environment may be helpful.

i have reinstall the J2SE Development Kit 5.0 and it seem to be working… i saw the message Server start up in nnnnn ms, do i need to wait for any message before i proceed to the web service localhost?
