Unable to check out Content Node due to system error:0730022

hi ,
     i am new-bie to this forum and  we are using alfresco community edition 3.2r and we are planning to buy a licensed version of Alfresco, the problem i am facing
is when i try to check-out a content node in alfresco , i receive the following error
                      

Please correct the errors below then click OK.
                                 * Unable to check out Content Node due to system error:07300222 This node is already checked out.

                       

i could not guess , what may be the issue and why the system error :07300222 occurs, it will be nice if any one guide me why this occurs and what are the ways i can rectify
the above error .

this problem should not happen…Is it happened with every content ?Can you please post the log files so that i can say something where the problem has happened.The number shows as it is a system generated error .Whenever any problem arises there must be a number like that.
