Unable to access tenant console in alfresco 5

I've done a fresh install of the binary on windows.

I'm trying to access the tenant console @ http://localhost:8080/alfresco/faces/jsp/admin/tenantadmin-console.jsp (seems to be what all tutorial/documentation suggests) and I'm receiving the following error:

HTTP Status 404 - /alfresco/faces/jsp/admin/tenantadmin-console.jsp
type Status report
message /alfresco/faces/jsp/admin/tenantadmin-console.jsp
description The requested resource is not available.
Apache Tomcat/7.0.53

This is very generic I know, but I can't seem to get any more information about this.

I'm also logged in as admin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've read in the forum that the multi-tenant feature might only be accessed via api?
If this is the case, I just want to have the clarification.

Hello,

did you use Alfresco 5.0.b for the installation? If so, please be aware that the Alfresco Explorer has been removed in that release and with it the tenant, workflow and dynamic model consoles.
See <a href="https://forums.alfresco.com/forum/installation-upgrades-configuration-integration/installation-upgra...">this thread</a> and <a href="https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALF-21133">ALF-21133</a> for more information.

Regards
Axel

Thanks for the speedy response. Stopped from pulling my hair trying to figure out if it was my setup.

I'm able to manage the tenants via web script, so this is great. Thanks for the clarification.

Hi Andylai

Could you please share with us how you are managing the tenants via web scripts?
I am  really at a loss how to do this without the former jsp's.

David
