I've tried searching the web for information and I've tried these forums for Alfresco specific information but have not had much luck.
I'm looking for information on how people typically organize their assets/content.
I am not using Alfresco WCM (3.0) to create/manage a website, I am using it purely to create/manage content for a website.
In that scenario what are the best practices for content/directory structure.
The web site will eventually have hundreds of pages, with numerous different assets (image, pdf, flash etc) so I really want to get this right from the get go.
Should the content structure reflect the actual site structure as closely as possible? or should it be entirely independent?
What about I18N and L10N? How do people usually accommodate have content in two or more languages?
Can anyone provide a high level description of their structure? or of a suggested structure?
