transform doc to pdf does not work

Hello,

I want to transform a word document to a adobe pdf document. But whatever what kind of rule i try , mime or on file type nothing happens.

Is there something i need to configure before this can work?

no i fugred out later i had to install this to get this working. Only thing is it was not mentioned in the tutorial.
