Toolbar missing

everything works fine, exept the fact that some useres are missing the document library toolbar. Pleasee see screenshot. I havent been able to reproduce the problem since it only afrfects some users. This is only in Internet Explorer, because when Firefox is used in same computer it works fine. I have already added the <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" value="IE=7"> code into the header to make it compatible with earlier versions of IE, but I dont think this is the problem because the IE that is being used when this happens is 8 and 9. Any help will be really appreciated.

I have seen this same problem. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Please note that IE versions 8 and 9 are not supported in version 3.4 due to limitations in the YUI library.

Yes, YUI 2.9.0 fixed all the issues that were introduced with IE8.
