The shape reponsitory is empty of activiti-modeler-5.6!!!!

I have completed the installing activiti5.6 but the modeler tool dose not work well.
Cause the shape repository is empty with chrome and has error message with IE8/FireFox.
The others work well, only modeler.
I have seen some topics on this website but no fix.
Someone can help me? :?

OS:WIN7 64bit
Browser: chrome IE8 FireFox

You can try the following options:

1. Using safari
2. Use firefox 6.0 but set the user agent to 3.5 (search user agent switcher)
3. use activiti designer,  http://www.activiti.org/userguide/index.html#activitiDesigner

I use firefox6.0 and set the user agent to 3.5, this issue was fixed 
The second options is using safari. but the issue still exist.

Hi,I have the same problem about this issue—the shape repository is empty of activiti-modeler-5.6.I don't know the fixed way "Use firefox 6.0 but set the user agent to 3.5 ",what's the mean about "the user agent to 3.5"?Now the version of my firefox is 9.0,but user agent switcher is 0.7.3, I don't know how to solve it.I'm looking forward to your help,thanks!
