The preview could not be loaded from the server

Hi All,

Sometime I am getting message in share while previewing document as "The preview could not be loaded from the server ". After getting this message I cant perform any operation with the respective document (delete, edit properties, upload as a new version ). Then I gets error message "No Items"

It happens sometimes with some random documents.

Any idea how to solve this?

My environment is :

Alfresco Community 4.0.c running on Ubuntu 10.04 with database Mysql

I have seen this happen to me on large documents and the fix mentioned in the following post helped:
