Task Engine in Activiti BPM suite

Hi Tom ,
        
           Is a task engine provided as part of the BPM Suite? If yes then ,

     1)    Does the BPM Suite provide templates to create human tasks? (If yes, then which are those ?)
     2)        Is it possible to pause and resume tasks?
     3)        Is it possible to run tasks in parallel?
     4)    Is it possible to accept, reject and forward tasks? (Functionality provided out-of-the-box?)
     5)    Is there a central task management concept/solution?

1) templates in wat way?
2) no not specifically
3) yes, but on a business level. Activiti is not a 'threading engine'
4) yes, a java api (not sure about a rest one) and in the explorer
5) if you mean something like ws-human-tasks no, but yes there is task management
