Support for publishing to Mobile Phones

Does Alfresco support publishing content to both mobile and desktop's without having to create different pages for each ?

In Alfresco 3.2 version, we have Mobile module,

Isn't this module for publishing FROM mobile devices and not TO mobile devices? I.e. mobile device detection.
