Subscribe to Document Updates enables users to receive updates on documents or folders. Users can subscribe through the document actions on the document or folder and select Subscribe. To Unsubscribe the user will also select Unsubscribe on the document library. When items are updated or changed an email will be sent using a custom email template that is needed to be added to the data dictionary.
Note: Email must be enable for this to work and the user must have a valid email account associated with their user.
