Studio start up error

Hi, I have successfully installed Alfresco, but when I try to access Web Studio via http://localhost:8080/studio I get the following error:

javax.servlet.ServletException: org.alfresco.error.AlfrescoRuntimeException: 11220099 Unable to retrieve object: default.site.configuration of type: configuration
   org.alfresco.web.site.servlet.DispatcherServlet.service(DispatcherServlet.java:146)
   javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:717)
   org.tuckey.web.filters.urlrewrite.UrlRewriteFilter.doFilter(UrlRewriteFilter.java:391)

This is a vanilla install of:

Alfresco-Community-3.2r2-Full-Setup.exe

All defaults accepted, no MySQL on PC, Oracle database stopped, Windows Vista 32bit, there are other installs of Java, Java 1.6.0_16 enabled. Viewing through Motzilla FireFox 3.5.5.

I also get lots of erros in the Tomcat command panel, which do not get written out into the Tomcat logs:

WARN [web.scripts.DeclarativeRegistry] Unable to register script classpath:alfresco/webscripts/web-studio/api/model/put.desc.xml dut to error: 11230062 Failed to read script configuration file ; Unable to test document path: web-studio/api/model/put.get.config.xml in remote store:alfresco-webuser due to error 500

Hi,
I removed the previous install completely and installed: Alfresco-Labs-3c-Full-Setup.exe. This worked  :!: However I could not get much further because The default "Green Energy" website could not be installed. From other posts I think this is because my installation cannot communicate with the Alfresco repository (ie. via internet connection).

Doe anyone know a work arround for this. Is it possible to download these website templates an manualy install them?

I'm still looking for an example or real website working with studio…
